We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering on the Platform, completing your profile, or expressing interest in fractional acquisitions. This includes: (a) Personal identifiers (Name, Email, Phone number); (b) Regulatory & KYC Information (PAN Card, Aadhaar Number, Bank Account Number, IFSC code) required for identity verification; and (c) Device & Usage Data (IP address, browser type, page preferences).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for purposes necessary to run the Platform and comply with legal requirements, including: (a) Verifying your identity and eligibility for fractional real estate co-ownership; (b) Facilitating payments and transaction records with escrow trustees; (c) Securing your wallet and portfolio dashboard; (d) Sending transaction receipts, audit reports, and platform notifications; and (e) Complying with regulatory obligations under SEBI and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
3. Razorpay Secure Payment Processing
We process all monetary transactions, title acquisitions, and wallet fund loadings using Razorpay, a secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. During payment processing, Razorpay collects your payment instruments (such as card details, net banking credentials, or UPI IDs). We do not store or host your full credit card numbers or payment passwords on our servers; all payment data is processed, tokenized, and secured directly by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy standards.
4. 30-Day Refund & Escrow Title Consolidation
All property co-ownership title acquisitions are eligible for a full refund within a 30-day window from the date of payment confirmation, provided the property has not reached its target funding limit and the final asset purchase deed has not been executed by the trustee. If you request a refund within this 30-day window, the funds will be released from the independent escrow account and returned to your verified bank account. Refund requests made after the 30-day window or post-deed execution are subject to secondary market listing and title consolidation rules.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following specific circumstances: (a) With SEBI-registered trustees (e.g., ICICI Trustee Services) and banks managing escrow transaction accounts; (b) With legal authorities, regulators, or government bodies when required to comply with statutory disclosures; and (c) With cloud hosts, security providers, and analytical services under strict confidentiality agreements.
6. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your sensitive financial and personal data. All user credentials, bank records, and KYC details are encrypted in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest. While we take every precaution to secure our database systems, no online transmission or digital storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal profile details at any time through your Profile Settings. Under certain legal frameworks, you may also request the deletion of your account. However, please note that we are legally required under anti-money laundering (AML) and financial recordkeeping laws to retain transaction histories and KYC verification logs for statutory periods.
