For every commercial property listed on Eshwara, a dedicated Private Limited Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is incorporated. This structure ensures complete asset isolation:
- Independent Asset Allocation: Your asset acquisition gives you direct equity/co-ownership title in the specific SPV that holds title deeds to the physical building.
- SEBI & Escrow Custody: All capital flow routes through a SEBI-registered trustee-managed escrow account. Funds are never held on Eshwara's balance sheet.
